#01 – Copenhagen by train – 30 Days, 30 Countries
My first post during my 30 Days, 30 Countries journey! This morning my alarm clock went off at 03:45 AM… oef!!. After pushing everything in my backpack (it barely fitted!) I arrived in-time for the train from 04:50 departing at Osnabrück Hauptbahnhof. Shortly after 12 PM I arrived in sunny Copenhagen by train (destination #1) – which is actually a really nice city in pretty-weather conditions. It gets even more better concidering the fact that hot-dogs are being sold on nearly every corner.. which also makes you hungry/guilty at the same time. Nevertheless, Copenhagen was really nice and now I’m on my way to Helsinki. Oh by the way, did you know that the train from Hamburg to Copenhagen partially converts in a ferry? Just like cars cross water, the train actually boards a ferry for 45 minutes before continueing on tracks to Copenhagen! So far, so good.
